Refunds & Returns:

Due to the special hygiene nature of these products and their intended use, we are not able to offer refunds on these items.

We are obsessed with effective quality control; each item is checked for flaws by hand, by two people, before being shipped out to you.

Our products are crafted by hand and finished by hand… Many of our products are made to order. Please allow us a few days to build your order. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your orders if you are in mainland UK
